-I will send the photos of the final custom painting for your review before shipping. If I do not hear from you or not received your updated review or input on the final custom painting in 24 hours I'm assuming you like the final painting and I will ship it to you.
-If the custom painting is made on extra large canvas (60"x36" or 72"x36" or larger) if I will not received your updated review/input on the final custom painting in 48 hours I will cancel the order .
*NOTE about RESERVED ITEMS : ONLY ready to ship paintings CAN BE reserved. I DO NOT place a hold or reserve any made to order or custom paintings.
-Your items will be tagged and held in the store as “Reserved item ” for 24 hours. You have up to 24 hours to pay for the item. After 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled.

All my packages are shipped with the signature on delivery & the insurance services included to the address provided on Etsy receipt. The Proof of Delivery (POD) purpose is to provide evidence that the courier driver has delivered the package in good condition to the buyer.

Shipping rates / free shipping are for our FedEx Standard Ground service within the 48 connecting states.
Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, P.R. and U.S. Territories: contact me for price otherwise the order will be cancelled .
Your painting will be packaged carefully, and shipped in a custom box for the stretched paintings OR a shipping tube for the unstretched paintings.The larger paintings will be shipped in a custom wood box.
Please examine your package upon delivery and do not sign the delivery note if you see any visible signs of damaged.
LARGE ARTWORK : the large paintings as 72"x36", 60"x36", 60"x30",60"x24", 48"x36", 40"x50" will be shipped in a custom wood box via FedEx Home Delivery.The shipping costs for these paintings are $200 to $400 based on the item dimensions.
We will contact you with the shipment and tracking information when your painting is ready to be shipped. For the Made to Order paintings : your order is shipped usually in 3 to 5 weeks from the date of payment OR as per order details. For more details please see the item description page for each painting ordered.
MADE TO ORDER paintings I will send you a photo of the final painting and a video for your approval before shipping. If after 24 hours I didn't receive a reply from you I will ship the painting to you or I will cancel the order ( for orders larger than $1000).

TRACKING:
USA Orders: Your package will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you at the time the label is created for shipment. You will be able to track the package on the respective carrier's website by the next business day after you receive your tracking number.
The Artwork will be carefully packed and insured during transit to cover any damage or non-delivery. The Buyer must check all deliveries upon arrival. If the Artwork is damaged, the Buyer must inform me immediately to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement.
Shipment Delays:
Shipments may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather, power outages. If it will be more than two business days delays in shipment I will notify you via ETSY convo.
Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns ACCEPTED for all Ready to Ship paintings. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED for Made to Order , Custom or Personalized paintings.NO RETURNS ACCEPTED for Custom or personalized orders.After receiving the item, contact me within 7 days. Refund will be given as Money back or item exchange (buyer's choice).Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
No return will be accepted past 14 days upon receipt of delivery and without the proper paperwork. Further, the works must be returned in pristine condition and in their original packaging to qualify.
RETURN POLICY DETAILS:
100% satisfaction money back guarantee- EXCEPTIONS applies for the large paintings as 72"x36", 60"x36", 60"x30",60"x24", 48"x36", 40"x50" and custom orders or special custom orders -for these large paintings a non-refundable $150 deposit applies to your original order.

If for any reason the finished painting does not meet your expectations, contact me for return instructions ;the initial shipping fees included in the order will be refunded, if it is a free shipping promotion no shipping fees return -this is an update of return policy available from now to December 31,2022.
1.The Buyer will be responsible for shipping and returning
2.The Buyer will receive a full refund of the order as per the order details as soon as I have received the Artwork back in original condition- see the exceptions for the large paintings. If on your order is free shipping, no shipping fees return.
***EXCEPTIONS applies for the all custom orders and large paintings as 72"x36", 60"x36", 60"x30",60"x24", 48"x36", 40"x50" and special custom orders -for these large paintings a non-refundable $250 deposit applies to your original order.
3. When you get a refund for a returned purchase, "LUIZAVIZOLI" shop refunds your money back to your original payment method.
4.Return shipping: Buyer pays return shipping
5.The works must be returned in pristine condition and in their original packaging to qualify.
The exchanges are not accepted at this time therefore if the Buyer wishes to purchase a different artwork / to order a custom artwork will be considered a new business transaction/new order.
DAMAGES:
The Artwork will be carefully packed and insured during transit to cover any damage or non-delivery.The Buyer must check all deliveries upon arrival. If the Artwork is damaged, the Buyer must inform me immediately to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement.
Instructions on receiving the packages /Damages:
First you inspect the exterior of the package and if no damages you can sign it.
If there are small damages/small holes or small cuts outside of package you can open it to see if the interior is intact .If no damages inside you can sign for the package.
You can let the driver know that in order to sign for it he should wait for you to open it and inspect inside.
If there are large holes/ large damages on outside of the package , inspect inside the package. If no damages inside sign. If there are damages inside and the paintings arrived damaged DO NOT SIGN .
By not signing the form acknowledging receipt you are refusing a package due to damages. In this case the driver will take the package and return it to me, you do not have to pay for return.
Please note: Any extra shipping charges will be promptly refunded!
