Yes, photos and a video of the custom painting are provided prior to shipping for customer approval. The artwork is shipped only after receiving this approval. As an added bonus, a free revision is included to ensure complete satisfaction with the final piece
To guarantee the safe and damage-free shipping of large paintings, each artwork is meticulously packaged in a custom-designed package. For large and extra-large canvases, such as sizes 48"x30", 48"x36", and any canvas larger than 48", 50", and 60", we ship them in a custom wood crate specifically constructed for their protection. The package and painting are fully insured for the purchase price during shipping, protecting against any potential damage. Additionally, tracking information is provided for your peace of mind, allowing you to monitor the shipment from departure to arrival.
Yes, a signature on delivery is required to receive the package, ensuring the secure and successful handover of your artwork directly to you.
The discounts and sales are already applied to the listings. While I would love to offer additional discounts, the rising costs of supplies, shipping, and all other inputs involved in producing the paintings unfortunately prevent me from doing so. Cancellation is accepted within 24 hours after placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within this time-frame to initiate the cancellation process. After the 24-hour window has passed, cancellations may no longer be possible, and you will be subject to our standard return and refund policy. Thank you for your understanding.
No returns accepted. All sales are final. The only exception is if the painting or artwork arrives damaged. Due to differences in screen displays, colors may vary slightly. If you have any concerns, please contact me and I'll be happy to send you more photos of the painting.
