All paintings are made on gallery-wrapped canvas, wired, and ready for hanging, ensuring a beautiful and easy display in your space. However, for extra-plus-large canvases over sizes such as 72"x36", 60"x40", and those exceeding 80", 90", and 100", they are provided on rolled canvas.

Do you provide custom paintings where clients can choose the colors to match their interior design?

For smaller to medium-sized paintings, expect a 2-week period; larger sizes may take 3-4 weeks, and extra-large sizes require 4-6 weeks. This time-frame can fluctuate due to high demand, the dimensions of the painting, availability of supplies, and other influencing factors. Do you offer previews of custom or made-to-order paintings prior to dispatching them?

Yes, photos and a video of the custom painting are provided prior to shipping for customer approval. The artwork is shipped only after receiving this approval. As an added bonus, a free revision is included to ensure complete satisfaction with the final piece

How do you ensure large paintings are securely packaged for safe and damage-free shipping and are all the orders fully insured for the purchase price during shipping and from any damage when you ship it?

To guarantee the safe and damage-free shipping of large paintings, each artwork is meticulously packaged in a custom-designed package. For large and extra-large canvases, such as sizes 48"x30", 48"x36", and any canvas larger than 48", 50", and 60", we ship them in a custom wood crate specifically constructed for their protection. The package and painting are fully insured for the purchase price during shipping, protecting against any potential damage. Additionally, tracking information is provided for your peace of mind, allowing you to monitor the shipment from departure to arrival.

Is a signature on delivery required in order to receive the package?

Yes, a signature on delivery is required to receive the package, ensuring the secure and successful handover of your artwork directly to you.

If I reach out to you directly, would you be able to provide me with more favorable discount rates?Do you offer multiple items discount?

The discounts and sales are already applied to the listings. While I would love to offer additional discounts, the rising costs of supplies, shipping, and all other inputs involved in producing the paintings unfortunately prevent me from doing so. However, as an added discount, I offer free shipping to provide further value to your purchase.
Yes, we do offer discounts for multiple item purchases. Our multiple items discount policy may vary depending on the specific promotion or offer available at the time of purchase. Additionally, we advise you to let us know the number of paintings and the dimensions of the canvases you would like to order. Do you accept cancellations ? Do you accept returns?

Cancellation is accepted within 24 hours after placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within this time-frame to initiate the cancellation process. After the 24-hour window has passed, cancellations may no longer be possible, and you will be subject to our standard return and refund policy. Thank you for your understanding.
No returns accepted. All sales are final. The only exception is if the painting or artwork arrives damaged. Due to differences in screen displays, colors may vary slightly. If you have any concerns, please contact me and I'll be happy to send you more photos of the painting.
